Water also contains many essential minerals which are fabulous for your health. So, carry the water everywhere and drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day.

2.Eat Only Health Foods:

Yes, that’s what you need to do. If you think you can’t live without the junk foods or processed foods then better forget about healthy living and youthful appearance. Eating unhealthy foods and eating in wrong portion – both can diminish your health. You should know what to eat, how to eat and when to eat. If you don’t follow a healthy diet regime then forget about looking young- you can be a victim of many diseases or conditions including depression and weight gain.

 
3.Take Care of Your Skin:
